This has got to be the WORST complex ever! The price should tell say it all, $529 for a 2/1 plus all bills paid. I've been here for 2yrs and i have to decided to break my lease because i have had it. The previous manager was a crackhead who was stealing tenants rent money when they dropped it off. The current manager doesn't live onsite so he could care less what happens. There are drug houses all over the complex and even one right next door to me. Management knows this when they approve their applications since I never see any of them go to work yet all of their cars have thousand dollar rims on them. The same people you see sitting outside in the mornings are the same people you pass on the way in from work doing the same thing you left them doing. The roaches are coming from holes in the walls and maintenance is practically nonexistent. If you don't let them fumigate (which must be water because there are more roaches when they leave ) once a month they charge YOU a fee. Not to mention the air has been off for the past 5dys up from 3dys last month. BE WARNED, YOU DON'T WANT TO MOVE HERE!!!!
