My bf lives here and I have to say it's not terrible. Parking is AWFUL though for visitors. I swear there has to be like 14 visitor parking spots. Guess what, if they're full, you're screwed. If you park where residents park you run the very high risk that you'll get towed. Some residents have multiple cars too which encroaches on visitor parking. I can hear the neighbors next door, slamming doors, water in pipes. But that's apt living, its understood that's going to happen. The grounds are well kept. Some issues with standing water in the parking lots. I feel safe except at night. But to be fair I feel unsafe at anyone's apt complex at night. It's an old complex some things are falling apart. Dishwasher sucks, garbage disposal. The rest is ok. Never had any run-ins with staff, from what I hear they are average, not great but could be worse. They do have a lot of big dogs that live there so I'm guessing there's not a breed restriction.
