The traffic from the health club is loud all hours of the night.
It is also a sweatshop--heat rises in summer so all the heat from floors below comes up. And then the heat from the roof (which badly needs repairs) is beating down on top of nine. Makes utilities expensive--and it is still difficult to cool in summer.
Even pet lovers are disgusted by the inconsideration of other pet owners. Dog poo is not cleaned up by owners or staff.
Before you lease, ask if rent can start as soon as hot tub is repaired. And don't hold your breath.
