Parking a problem

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
The building and units are great but changes in the parking situation makes this undesirable. Not only will all tenants have to pay for parking, but now all guests will have to pay for parking. There is VERY LIMITED free parking in the front of the building. Not only are there few spaces, but it is 2 hrs parking only. We have a business in this building and have frequent business guests. The new parking rules are a problem!
