Positives far outweigh the negatives

After reading the reviews I wanted to add perspective to what others have written. While I agree that the descriptions of both the positives and negatives are quite accurate, I think individuals willing to work with their neighbors and the building staff will find the building quite inviting and a fulfilling place to live. A quick word about the roof and pool is that it has been refinished. The parking around the building for our friends has worked out great. Yes, the building is large but nothing is too far out of the way to comfortably get to in a reasonable time. Our neighbors have been loud on occasion but as we were willing to develop relationships with them have been willing to respond to requests for changes in volume. We have gotten to know more people here in the 2 1/2 years of living than in any other apartment or neighborhood I have ever lived at. We regularly invite neighbors over for dinner and catch up on elevator rides or at the coffee house, pool, or workout room. In short it has made a large city a little smaller and friendlier because we have lived here.
