This is absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had. My apartment was filthy upon move in. My place reeked of cigarette smoke because my neighbors smoked. I was assaulted and chased down by by neighbor. I live 2 doors down from a very loud recording studio. I have been jolted awake many times in the middle of the night by my neighbor's noise. I caught a man breaking into cars in one of the parking lots and watched security let him go. This is pretty much how management has handled all of these problems-- by doing nothing. The place was never cleaned, the smoke is still there, my neighbor gets to stay here because his cousin is well-known, the recording studio plays on, and I continue to get very little sleep.
Please remeber this if you are considering renting from here, do yourself a favor, and walk away.
