We wanted to take the time to let you know how we feel about one of your employees at Southside on Lamar. We lived at SSOL for 2 years and we became friends with so many of the staff. One in particular stands out from the rest. This employee is Caroline Whitton. When we first met Caroline, we were immediately impressed with her professionalism, her bubbling personality, her way with people, and just her overall genuine care and concern with everyone at Southside. We have witnessed on many occasions how she goes over and beyond the call of duty to help someone. She is very efficient, dependable, respectful, she follows up, and you can always count on Caroline to get the job done.

She is great with people her smile is infectious, she knows how to listen and she has a way of making you feel important. One of our friends was considering leaving SSOL because he was upset about one of the building rules that he felt didn t apply to everyone in the building. We suggested he go and talk to the leasing office and let them know how he felt. He decided not to do and was still thinking of leaving. We mentioned this situation to Caroline and told her he wasn t comfortable going to the office. She went to his loft and talked with him. Afterwards, he decided not to move.

On another occasion, we saw Caroline in the hall way after hours for the leasing office she was off work but helping a new tenant move into their loft and even ordered pizza for them to help eliminate the stress they were having due to their moving van arriving later than expected.

It was only due to family illness that we needed to leave SSOL and move to a different state. But it is Caroline Whitton that made our previous loft and the SSOL environment feel like home. She represent s that caring and protective Mayor in a small village. Many other Lofts in Dallas are not able to convey this. But Caroline accomplishes this with style, warmth and sincerity.

We always recommend our friends and co workers looking for a new place to live to talk to Caroline about SSOL. She is an outstanding ambassador and able to explain what is great about living at SSOL.

Although we appreciate all the wonderful staff at SSOL, we wanted to point out Caroline s outstanding customer service and leadership abilities. Caroline is amazing!! She is an asset to Southside on Lamar. We just wanted to take time and let you know what a difference Caroline makes on your management team.

caroline is wonderful. too bad you can't say the same for grande communications, the only choice for internet and tv at southside. i love this building but the fact that i don't have a choice for media services is probably going to make me move out. grande is incompetent, overpriced for what they offer and don't even give you everything they say they will. i hate grande communications.
