After 27 months of living at SOL, this is the best place I have lived in Dallas. From the moment I moved in, I have been impressed by the wonderful amenities and courteous and efficient staff. From the very unique floorplans to the regular community events, I love Southside. The building is the Old Sears buiding of Dallas. It is nostalgic of years past with original columns and wood and concrete floors. The diversity at SOL is what makes this place great as well. This is truly the melting pot of Dallas. I wouldn't want to live anywhere in Dallas. If you are looking for hip, urban living, Southside is your number one choice.

I completely agree! I have been here for 3 1/2 years now and can honestly say...I have never been happier with a rental property. I truly feel at home and know all my neighbors as friends! The monthly Loft parties are the BEST and it is soo refreshing to see happy people all around you; from the front desk staff, who always lends a helping hand to the office staff, who really know what going "above and beyond" really means to their residents. I don't think I will ever move from this place!
