Be Careful when you move out of this place. Managment will try to nickel and dime you into paying various cleanning and repair fee's. Had my place professionally cleaned and painted and yet received an invoice for charges related to cleanning. My last year at SSOL I seriously felt that the standards had changed in terms of the requirments and/or background checks done on new teanants. One example was the neighbor who smoked so much (illeagal drug) that the hallways filled up with smoke.
Another was the carelessness of certain dog owners who thought it was ok to let their dogs deficate on the stairwells and in the immediate path of other tenants when you exit the back doors. Accidents happen but pick up the crap...
