My view of this place may be a little skewed because my last apartment was HORRIBLE, but I love it here so far. My apartment is extremely quiet and I love the space and layout. I don t feel like there is any wasted space and the closet is enormous.

I think the pool is a little small but it is beautiful. And I always feel safe, even if the locks on the doors to the garage are not in working order.

I haven t had much experience with maintenance, but my one experience with them was very good. My request was fixed within about 2 hours if that.

My only problem with the place is the parking. If you get home before about 6:00, you can get a great space, unfortunately after that you are going to gave problems. Especially if you do not technically own a compact car. And even then, after about 8:00 good luck finding parking that is not on the 5th or 6th floor of the parking garage. And guests have a hard time finding parking.

I think what you are saying is very accurate. I think the only reason my apartment is so quiet is because it is at the end of the hall and next to a stairwell so I have no neighbors. I was disgusted by the stairwells when I first moved in because of the dog pee, but they seemed to have recently cleaned them, and I did notice the cracks in the stairwells and was slightly concerned. But, like I said before, it is SO much better than my last apartment for the same amount of money that I think the move was completely worth it for me. I hope you find what you are looking for as well because everyone does deserve to be happy in their home.

I am going to be Anonymous also...You sound like a really nice person as I hope your experience as Southern Villas stays the same as I have lived here for a while and it has consistently gotten worse. Parking has never been good. The cameras have still not stopped car break-ins. The apartments were poorly built, check out the stairwells as an immediate example. The walls are thin so I hear everything including people walking down the hall at the other end. One good thing, In-House Maintenance is good for what they repair but they sometimes call external companies to paint and for some other repairs...not quality work and cheap labor usually illegals. I am now looking for a new place to live. Everybody deserves to be happy so I hope yours continues. Take care

So sorry your experience has not been a good one. The office staff and maintnance team are compassionate about the care of their tenants. It was nice for you to wish the others well here. My hope for you is for you to find a wonderful place that meets all your expectations. High hopes for you....from missions.
