i have lived in the apartments for a long time. we lost a manager due to marriage. the new managers is very hard to deal with. she is in a good mood one day and the next day blowing up at the tennants and the kids who live in the complex. this once fun place to live...it took me 8 months on a waiting list to get in...now has so many vacancies that the managers is allowing just anyone to move in. we even have 8 people living in a one bedroom apartment. the woman who lives in this apartment even stands in front of her apartment screaming horrable words to cars passing by. try explaining to your 7 yr old what a big black ---- is...not to mention she has her kids in the court yard while she turns tricks. we are no longer allowed to have company come over and swim.
we have had issues of cars being broken into and the manager didn't do anything about it until her car was broken into...new lights were put up then....the only good thing about this apartment is pedro the maintenance guy.
we had a young girl living in the complex who was being stalked by a neighbor. she mentioned it to the manager and her lease was not renewed due to the fact she wasn't happy. the stalker/peeping tom even told the manager he was doing it..he still lives in the aoartment and his lease was renewed.
we have a big problems with roaches that we did not have with the previouse manager.
and good luck trying to get her during buisness hours...she is out of the office shopping all day...at 2:30 the doors close.
