While the aparments are ok, the management is horrible. We had termites swarm inside our apartment and the management did nothing. We had a pipe burst in our bathroom, and the emergency maintenance guy lives in Mesquite. It took him over an hour to arrive, by then most of our apartment had flooded. We cannot get the management to take care of any problems that we've had regarding bugs, maintenance, etc. The gates are frequently broken, and it took them several months to fix a water leak in the grass between the buildings. The rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for.
