It's not a nice neighborhood, I don't leave the apt at night unless I'm with my boyfriend, I've been propositioned just trying to walk to the soda machine. Someone was raped in the laundry room last winter. The management especially Miki are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional AT BEST. They claimed to have given my boyfriend a "pool pass" 2 years ago and expect us to keep up with it or pay $50 for an additional one or else we're not allowed to swim, and we pay to live there! I went to the office to pay my rent, no one was available except Miki, I saw her playing solitaire on her computer but said I would have to wait for someone else because she was busy!! We have constant maintenance issues, when we report them it takes a long time for them to respond and they don't fix a thing. If you move in you'll be living next to people you would cross the street to get away from, but they usually move out within a month or two but then in comes another gangster to occupy for 1 or 2 months. There's no security and I can't park anywhere NEAR my apartment unless it's the middle of the day. It looks alright from the outside and the apartments are kinda cheap but it's NOT WORTH ALL THE PROBLEMS

i understand totally,i had an apartment there for about 13 yrs,then in 2000,it really went bad,i broke my lease to move because i found out in 2005 that it had become section 8 housing and i experienced all that you have,i feared for my life,there were gang members in the parking lot,visitors bullied residents out of parking places and mikie is a real -----,she used to care but then i think that once it became section 8 she stopped caring,it all went downhill,move out,break your lease,the ruined credit is worth it,i had my cars broken into and i was forced to listen to loud music at all hours and the management did nothing,do yourself a favor,move before you get mugged and roughed up,and if you have children,better get out now.
