Poor Managment/Owners

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2008
 
The apartments are old and not well kept. We have termites on our patio and the management just keep saying they will fix it. My apartment ceiling had a leak for almost 2 weeks before it was fixed. I wish I could move.
