The worst place ever

This is the worst apartment ever. The management team is horrible when we moved in the dishwasher and the disposal wasn't working. I told the office when I moved in and it never got fixed. Also there was roaches and the pest control has been out there 3 times. The apartment was given to us half-ass cleaned the carpet was horrible looking. Loud music at 3 am, kids running around at 9 o'clock at night when they should be inside. People stealing radios out of peoples cars. I didn't feel safe at all.Government owned for low income.Sucked KEEP LOOKING!
