OMG this complex should be shut down until they get through repairing it. Lawd where do i begin, the grounds had plenty of trash on the on them for decoration I guess' Buildings had peeling paint everywhere, and raggedy venitician blinds. The apts I saw didn't have new carpet and they looked run down. Did I mention the trash cans were overflowing and the agent was walking and talking like everything was okay. She was apologizing that the clean up man was gonna clean everything up. She offered me a larger apt, I couldn't wait to get out of that office and away from those death trap of apartments!!!! By the way parking under the shed was free...LOL! I wouldn't want a stray dog living here and I ain't no animal lover, you get my drift''' Tenants put EVERYTHING on their balconies, even kids playing loud. The ghetto is NOT only in Oakcliff it's all over the world!
