Easy access to schools, shopping and crack cocaine

I have lived in many, many apts. but this is the first where I have been terrified to go to my car after dark.

During the 4 mths. I lived there (yes, I broke my lease to move early) I could sit on patio in the evening and watch children playing, and men selling drugs. Not to mention the addicts and prostitutes that wonder around the apartment at night.
