I lived at SummerHill for four years and never had any trouble with maintenance or, office staff. Yes it is one cover parking per apt but there is alot of non cover parking for guest or if you have two cars. I strongly recommend other people to SummerHill it has great landscaping with a nice pool and it's people freindly. There is no where safe to live you can live in the most beautiful place in the world and there is still going to be drugs, murderers,prostiute hell for all we know it can be your mother,father,brother or sister ,ect for all we know''
