I lived in these roach infested apartments from Dec 1998 to Jan 1999. Why do I say 'roach infested'' Well, before I moved my stuff into the apartment, I did some exterminating, by setting off a roach bomb. I went back a few hours later and there were dead roaches everywhere. I set off another and left. I came back and there were still dead roaches! Yuck. By that point I would have loved to have backed out of my lease but couldn't.

Also lots of shady people live there; they look like were featured on America's Most Wanted. There was one woman on the leasing staff who had a stinky attitude. I also had problems getting my deposit back, it took three months.

Overall, there are better places to live in Dallas, but if you're on a tight budget don't be afraid of Sundance, just bring lots of RAID.
