Years at this apartment: 1992 - 1994
The place wasnt too bad a first. Sure the part of town had a bit of a rep, but rent was low, and the gorunds were well kept. over the course of two years the place just progressively got worse. The managment allowed anyone and everyone to move in. Little juvenline delinquents ran around harrassing people and getting into everything. My car was broke into once, and stolen a few months later, raw sewage backed up in the parking lot a couple times. All in al just a bad palce to live, filled with ex-cons, druggies, drunks, and welfare groupies. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
