Hi all! I read reviews, but never write them. I guess I have something to say now. I've been at Sutton Place for over 2 yrs. I started off in a one bedroom then upgraded to a two bedroom with no problem. I'm not sure how the back of the complex rates, but my one bedroom was in the middle of the complex and my current two bedroom is at the front of the complex, by the office, and I love that location. The apts come with a washer/dryer, which is a great monthly money saver! The maintenance crew are prompt and courteous! The office staff have been attentive and friendly! I can honestly say that I have had no problems at the complex. If I had to mention anything negative about the complex, it would have to be the PARKING! Any open available spaces late at night are hard to find. I recommend that you rent a covered parking spot. It's only $20 and worth it!
