I am about to relocate to Dallas from Miami, FL. I am going out on a limb and wanting to rent sight unseen. The photos seem nice since I was wanting a place with hardwood floors and the abilty to paint at will. I do have a couple of questions I would love to know if someone can answer.

1) Are they pet friendly' I have two retired Greyhounds and I must find a place that will accept them.

2) Does the surrounding neighborhood have ample area to walk my dogs'

3) Does the neighborhood have good amenities' Meaning I like to be able to walk instead of driving (I am afraid to bring my car due to all the responses about break ins) to grab a cup of coffee and stroll down the sreets maybe to do a little lite shopping. I hate to drive if not necessary, but I am not familiar if this area is a neighborhood with everything in walking distance.

Yes, pet friendly. Yes, nice neighborhood for walking across Lemmon Ave. Good amenities (coffee shops, Whole Foods, etc.) borderline walking distance. The only problem with breakins is if you leave your car on the street. Safe inside the gated lot.
