We have lived at this complex first in 1998, and we liked it so much, we signed another lease when we returned to Dallas in 2004. To start with, this place is very pet friendly. The management office is not open every day, but they generally respond to all problems quickly and are quite helpful. The maintenance guy on site daily is also very helpful and is even nice about coming out after hours for "emergencies." For those who are attending the medical school or working at Parkland, I can be out the front door and walking in to work within 10 minutes flat. Another great feature is that after your initial lease, they put you on a month-to-month without any increase in the rent. I would recommend this complex to my friends, and I have, as 2 of them have moved in within the last year and are also now recommending it to their friends. If you want to be in the Cedar Springs area and/or have a pet, Sycamore Tree Apartments is the place for you.
