If you're not --- you won't like it. Everyone is very nice including the management and the prices are fair. I moved in from out of town without doing research on the area and was surprised to find out that 95% of the tenants are ---. Luckily, I signed a 6-month lease instead of 12. My car was broken into once.

WOW! 95% of the residents ---? Hardly. I'm going to guess that less than half are these days. Though I've made some good straight friends out at Sycamore Tree, many more tend to stay to themselves. The neighborhood so to speak isn't as friendly as it used to be. It's all part of the "reinvetion" of the Oaklawn area...with the city's and developers dreams of creating another bland extension of the pretentious West Village and Uptown areas.
