Before these apartments were sold to be turned into condos (and they since realized there is no market for that and changed their minds), the grounds were kept, appliances worked, things were good. Since then, the office has been broken into, nobody picks up after their dogs, my car has been broken into, my neighbors bar has been broken into, my upstairs neighbor had their jeep stolen!

Pest are a major problem. I'm constantly finding cockroaches in our kitchen and bathroom despite my efforts to keep it clean.

Almost every major appliance has busted and needed replacing. I lose all water pressure if they run the hose to the pool.

And they want to raise my rent'

This use to be nice place, now it's a real pit.
