I lived at Terrace house for 1year; clean place; nice pool, small laundry facility though; management is not on location but across at another apt called Woods of Brook Hollow.
There are plenty of kids so it's nice if u have a family.
I lived on second floor and the stairs were a bit scary to go up and down with.
Problems with apt i had were the heater wasn't working; lots of wind through bottom of door. Dishwasher was broken they had to place a new one.
Maitenence guy is nice; lives on property.
Really close to crossroads mall. Balcones Heights police station across the street; they are strict; many people get tickets because they are tuff. I mean your mom,and ur grandma might get pulled over they are so strict

Walls are so thin we could hear the music of our neighbors and conversations.
