I moved from Austin to Dallas so dint have help finding an apartment and landed up getting this one. When I came here for visits they leasing agents were amazingly friendly but they always made reasons not to show me the unit that I was to move into.

1. My apartment was horribly dirty. The cammods were brown in color. The kitchen drawers had dust in them. Carpet had yellow stains. The linolium in bath and kitchen had burnt marks and wine stains. The living room floor creeked !
My movers were standing down stairs and it was raining horribly. Not having another place to go I moved in. Hoping the management will do some thing about it...
The management is quite bad...they did nothing...they asked me to fill out a form so that they dont charge me for these damages when I move out....but nothing about the repairs......
I pay $1200 for this apartment which was given to me in the worst condition I have ever gotten an apartment !


DO NOT MOVE IN.....I dint do my research right...but if you read this please learn from my experience !

This is exactly what the management does. They puff to get you in, then once you're in they wouldn't help you if they aren't absolutley contractually bound to do so. And they think this is acceptable business - they're going to have to quit putting "Jefferson" on things soon, because people like me just ruled out all of their hundreds of complexes for the future.
