I have never encountered such a highly professional office staff as when I lived at this complex. Unfortunately is located next to a hospital and I-75 and there were constant sirens and traffic noise. Parking was more than adequate, and any maintenance issues were promptly and professionally addressed. They even held monthly dinners for the tenants. Also because of the location, crime, and a robbery that I witnessed on a Saturday morning (8 AM) I did not feel safe there.

Anyway, Forest & Coit (75) corner under the bridge is nothing but a homelles or beging people. And other side of the bridge and Racatrack parkinlot area is drug dealers.Also Dart Rail parking area drug dealers meeting place I guess.I have seen it. I don't see Ansley Apartments future to bright. They need 24/7 security.The other day and night garage gate on coit road side was broken and open for 2 days.I asume has to do something with the robbery you witnessed Yes office people and the maintance people are excellent.
