It's hard to know where to start. First, the parking spaces went from normal sized parking spaces to all "compact spaces" that my truly compact car could barely fit in, much less the huge tow truck that had to park there. I was verbally accosted and threatened by the tow truck owner when I had to go over the line to park. Squirrels nested in my walls for the last three months I lived there, and you could hear them scratching up and down the walls at all times of the day. My neighbor was a drunk that held in depth coversations at loud, obnoxious levels with his other drunk friends, outside of his door at all hours of the night and early morning. I had fruit flies living in my refrigerator when I moved in, and went through three refrigerators before there was finally one installed that worked. This made it to where I could not actually stay in the apartment for the first three weeks I was paying rent. I did withhold rent, which worked, but it was very inconvenient. The apartments went through 3 managers in the short 7 months I lived there. To top it off, the management NEVER EVER returned my calls about complaining on these issues. When I called and actually got someone on the phone, they said I had never left messages. They never seemed to have my number on file to call me back. It was a truly horrible experience. I have no doubt that the company who owns and manages these apartments are some of the most dishonest and dispicable people I have ever or will ever meet.

Do not move into these apartments. You will regret it.

Oh yeah, there were about 3 shootings during the first three months I was there. The light that led to my apartment didn't work past the first month I was there and I would run from my car to my door with my cell phone in my hand. The mailbox door was broken and you could get to each person's mail very easily.
