Well what can I say, this place turns over managers every 3-4 months. Maybe because the bills don't get paid and the maintenance staff can not get what they need to get the work completed. This property has several liens on it for non payment. The owner(Justin) is only worried about the rents, he could careless about the people. I know of several elderly people who live there because they have no other choice and thats sad! The last post was right, don't go out after dark because its not safe there. The security company (Heartland) what a joke, those dudes shouldn't be carrying guns.If i were you, i would stay as far away form this place as possible.
