I moved in during 2017 because the location was was close to my work and low cost. That has changed, its no longer low cost at all nearly doubling in rent cost over a few short years and increased need for maintenance requests every year.

Horrible. Office doesn't do their job. They pad accounts. They lie about pest control. They are dirty. They will delete important info from the resident portal to make it seem like they are doing the job asked . Whole time they ignore you.

Rent increased and no upgrades. Carpet is very old and apt needs painting. Maintenance is not good. Have to call manager to get anything done. Phones are not always answered as recording is always on.
