The Dylan is super nice, probably one of the nicest new places to live in the area..

especially when it comes to the finishes including the hardwood floors, which I really don't know why more places aren't doing real hardwood, especially at this price range.

Anyway, supposedly this property was built to be for sale units, and about half way through or so, they changed that.

The one thing I will say this property is lacking is a clubhouse area due to the fact that they weren't planning on having one since the units were going to be for sale, so allot of the amenities that most communities have including clubhouse/lounge/coffee bar, are not included in this property, personally, I would have put something like that in the "business center", and made the work out room a little smaller, instead of just putting the old dell computer in there, I mean this is an upscale community right' But overall like I said, super nice.
