The Heights at Park Lane

 
There has been significant water damage in this place even though it's relatively new. Just something you may want to be aware of. Also, it's a block from the DART railway and a major Dallas drug area. The Heights has it's own designated security force for that reason. (the parking garage gate is usually broken so it wont be helpful to you when your car is broken into) Is that how you wanna live?
