I just love it at the Manhattan Apartment complex, the staff is always so wonderful. My husband and I just moved here from LA back in May and the ladies in the office have been so nice and helpful. Anything we ever need from a work order to fix something in our apartment to directions to get somewhere The Assistant Manager and Manager are both so very helpful. As for the apartment its self we love it we just transfer from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and it is fabulous. There are two gorgeous salt water pools on the grounds and two hot tubs as well. I love the landscaping as well throughout the entire complex. As for the gates they would work all the time if people would stop running into them, I know that this is not the managements fault and when the gates are messed up they fix them promptly.(side bar to the other post!)Also they have very affordable rent and not to mention great events every month for their tenants. The maintance staff is also very friendly and very good at their jobs. My husband and I would recomment the Manhattan to everyone!!!
