The apartments themselves are very nice, but since Greystar started managing these apartments, it's gone downhill a lot!

My car has been broken into twice. My radio stolen both times, and the second time they attempted to steal it.(Luckily the anti theft measures worked.) After talking to other residents, I would say that car vandalism and theft is unusually high here. I now have to keep it in a garage at night. Cha-ching $$$$ for the apartments garages or covered parking.

That brings up the parking issue. If you get off of work at 3 or pay out the nose for covered parking (if you can get it) parking is fine. For everyone else be ready to hike it to and from your car.

Half of the equipment in the exercise room is broken. The basketball court is always full of people who don't live here.
Part of the problem is that across the street we have one of those goverment project apartments.

The swimming pool is nice, and the airplane traffic noise donesn't bother me too much. (At the end of Addison's airport) The layout and size of the apartments are nice.
