I agree completely with everyone on the parking issue, I finally transfered my lease to a apartment with an attached garage so I could park comfortably. Visitor parking stinks even on the good side of the complex, if for no other reason that it is not very well lit and you have to be afraid of theft. I had plenty of neighbors get the cars broken in to, yet there doesn't seem to be anything being done about the security for residents cars and their visitors. The gates are always open or broken and never keep non-residents out anyway.
The bigger issue that I see here, as some others have commented on, is the new residents and susicious activity of neighbors and their friends. I have some shady neighbors that I much prefer to stay away from.
The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors, but overall no worse than any other apartment I ever lived in. I will say that the apartments are exceptionally beautiful and the floor plans are great. I love having an attached garage. I have had my better days with the management, but overall I can't complain as long as they leave me alone. I would recommend living here if for no other reason than the apartments, they speak for themselves, however be prepared to pay highly for it and if you don't like to take daily strolls to and from your car you may not like it here!
