Gosh, where do I begin. I have had several problems with the management team of these apartments. I am subject to think they are very racist. Since, I have moved in, they have been under management I think a total of three times. Each time you go into the office you see a different face. For the third time, they have lost my money orders for payment of rent, one of their excuses was they had accidently put it on someone else's account. (YEAH RIGHT), and the other two times they had the nerve to ask me to find my money order and bring it back down to them so a tracer can be put on it. I am subject to believe they are racist. Along with other tenants in the aparments I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. The parking sucks. The only way I lucked up on my covered parking is because my next door neighbor was moving out and I went down to the office to see could I have their spot. She hesitated and finally said "yes" but there was a waiting list for other tenants who wanted covered parking. I could go on all day about these apartments from the drug traffic to the water bill being high for a one bedroom apartment.
