As everyone else has said, the parking is the absolute worst. When we moved in, the "map" they showed us of the building we would be in showed that the parking was "open". When we moved in, we found out it was covered and we would have to pay to park there - and that the closest free spots were in BFE! I refused to give them anymore of my money, so I walked everyday to/from my car.
Our first day we found out how thin the walls/floors were. Our upstairs neighbor had a child who ran up and down their apartment all day and all night. I can't tell you how many times I was woken up from their loud walking and his running. When I complained to the mgmt, they told me to talk to the tenant myself. WTF' My husband would knock on their door in the middle of the night when they would wake us up and they only opened it once. They eventually moved, but others followed. Once our balcony kept getting wet and we quickly realized our new neighbors left their dogs outside on the balcony all day. Well, where do they go to poop and pee' Yup, the balcony. Our balcony smelled like poop and had pee all over it. I had to complain a few times, and submit photos before they did anything about it.
After living there for two years, we finally decided it wasn't worth it anymore and moved. I would never recommend anyone move in here. Ever!
