If you don't have a garage... don't live here! Unless you like walking!!! ALOT!!! In the dark!
It's a beautiful place to live. (As long as you don't mind the drug dealers and incompentent office staff)
I ended up fixing most of the maintanence issues myself, because either the office NEVER told maintanence about the job, or they were too incompenent to fix it themselves. Sometimes, they flat out refused to do the job.
It is very convenient for on/off access to both George Bush (190) and Dallas Tollway. The ONLY drawback is the low flying jets landing at Addison airport.
We enjoyed the first year of living here, but the second became a nightmare, and it's not getting any better.
Management is allowing "shady" people to rent just to fill their community. Short term fix that creates an even bigger problem. Like cops coming every other night to deal with drug traffic and domestic abuse.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, unless they make some serious changes!!!
