This is the first community that I have actually met several residents that are friendly and always speak. Everyone at the pool area is always friendly and the three different pool parties this summer were great! I like the warm, welcoming feeling I get when going into the office. I am sorry if others have had a bad experience here, I can't say enough good things. The only negative thing about the community is the lack of parking, but the residents and office staff make up for that. The location is awesome and I love being able to take my dog to the dog run and letting him off the leash at night. The grounds are incredible.
