There is good and bad anywhere you live.

There are always good points and bad points about any complex. The good thing I discovered since I have been here is the residents. Everyone is friendly and speaks to me when I am out walking my dog. There are nice people that go to the pool and actually acknowledge that there is a new face around. The office staff was very helpful at my move in and have been kind and friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the apartment I am in is very cozy.
Although for the most part I love living here, there are also a few bad points. The parking around my building is very limited, SBC is the only phone company you can use and Addison Airport is close by.
For the most part, it has been a good experience so far.
