we have been here since feb of 05, we love it! the staff is wonderful, they know my name when i stop in and they know my apartment without asking. when we first moved in there was a problem with the apt we leased (it wasn't going to be ready in time for our move in) the staff worker offered free stay and storage until the apt was finished or the chance to upgrade to a bigger space at no extra rent! we went for the upgrade! (3br/2ba with garden tubs in both/2 living areas - we have so much space, we almost need to buy more furniture. the master suite is huge! we live on the great parking side, so i have no complaints there.
when we were first shopping for apts, they showed us the model, to our liking, the apt that we signed was just as nice as the model (some of the other complex' have nice models but the actual living areas are not so nice)
the noise level has gotten a bit out of control but i blame that on inconsiderate tenants which you can find every where. my car was broken into and my stereo was stollen, this was frustrating because i know i locked my car. the gates are broken quite frequently. i do recommend the gates at frankford springs!
