This was a very unpleasant living experience. They have issues with racial discrimination. One time when I went into the office to ask a question, they didn't even acknowledge me until I said something.
Maintenance was also very slow to correct problems, parking was a living nightmare and there were no trash dumpsters within a reasonable walking distance.

Plus to make matters worse-- when my husband and I moved out we were accused of throwing egg on the wall and were charged with ridiculous fees unjustly. In addition to all of this-- they raised rent and pais an outrageous fee for a parking space.
