I have been here about 1.5 years and cant wait to leave this summer. The parking is the WORST ever and if you want to even park within a mile of your apartment you have to pay $30 extra bucks a month to "hopefully" get a covered spot in the vicinity of your building, otherwise, you will drive around for 30 minutes waiting for a person to leave. A car or 5 gets stolen or broken into I would say at least every weekend. I personally know 2 that it has happened to in less than a year. The staff is the most incompetent group of people I have ever met. They are liars, rude, and would rather sit on their behinds than actually try and make the community better. There is always dog poop all over the grass. The indoor basketball is always booked from random people, so the ACTUAL residents can never use it. The walls are super thin and you really can hear anything that is going on in your neighbors place. I think that this is section 8 housing b/c the clientel of resident has gone down the tubes. Please dont live here. It has become my mission to sway anyone from living in this dump.
