Signed a year lease lived there for 6 months.
Within a month my car was broken into-my stereo system was stolen and entire dash had been ripped out. Had everything replaced and a week later car was broken into again-WHILE IN THE UNDER COVER PARKING. Staff was average with situation-offered a garage. Was always scared at night walking up to my apartment, was followed several times. Creepy people who's nature won't be mentioned WANDER around the complex at night CONSTANTLY. But on the other hand, I have several friends who live there currently and enjoy it. Parking is ridiculous...but isn't it ridiculous at any apartment complex' I ended up signing off the lease due to issues with roomate-went into office one day to see what my options were as far as moving out-was an emotional wreck and the woman who helped me seemed concerned and honestly told me what my options were.
