Don't make the mistake I did. They started a new parking program, towed my car. The storage lot was 25 miles from the complex. The wrecker service wouldn't allow accesss to my vehicle. Turns out they wrecked it in an accident!!! When I discussed with manager, they could care less and blamed wrecker co. Tow co. blamed apts. I took a witness back to storage lot and car was gone. Tow co. took the car to a chop shop and did shoddy body work and attempted to tell me it was never wrecked. There was approx. $5k damage. Fumes smelling like crack cocaine filtered into apt. When complained, mgr. could care less. Finally upper mgmt. approved a move within complex. When I went to sign papers for new apt. the mgr failed to tell other agents and they leased the same apt. to someone else by mistake with no other option for me!!! I moved out and now they put a claim on my credit file hurting me to this day. Run don't walk from these scammers.

I was a visitor for only 15 min and had my Ford truck towed away. We came over to assist my son in moving out and by the time we parked the truck in a location where we could load the furniture and get up stair to the third floor the wrecker was towing our truck. Keep a look out for the wrecker and if you do get towed the Service that towed my truck was located behind Speedway on I35 on Good Night Street and their phone number is 972-247-0045 they are open 24 hours. Take my advise, I would never live in those appartments, everyone that I spoke to that evening were say that their vehicles had been towed away and they were residents.
