I've lived here for almost a year. Its a great place if you never have anyone come visit and you don't mind paying for a carport that is no where near your building! If you move here make sure you get a building on the east side of the property or in the very back so that you will have some parking. I've had 5 friends towed in the time I've lived here. When we spoke to management about the parking issue and told them we would not resign a lease without a garage or a closer carport they offered to move us to another apartment within the complex, only they don't have anything available at this time. WHAT' Seriously, I laughed in the managers face and said "So you're offering us something you don't even have' We're suppose to resign and hope in two months when our lease is up that there will be a vacancy somewhere else on the property'" His response..."well if you're going to move anyway...might as well just move within the property" Idiot, the point of resigning is so you don't have the hassle of moving..again! A note on the tow company kick back...absolutely! Our parking stickers that were issued for carports have the tow company name on them, not the apartment community.
