I have lived in the apartments for 6 months now and am not renewing my lease. My sister and I moved in during the transition period between name changes. One of the first questions we asked is how is the parking and later found out we were completely lied too. Unless you want to shell out $30 a month for a covered spot that will probably be 2 buildings down be my guest but if not you will end up walking a half mile to your car everyday. In the first month I lost 3 lbs just from the extra miles I walked. This place is so quick to tow as well I have had a friend s car towed while he was dropping me off at my door.
The upside of this complex is the noise isn t bad it s very clean and safe. I have never had an issue with maintenance they usually come on the day of the complaint. The gym is nice and so is the pool. The staff is fine I usually don t have to deal with for the most part. The property itself is also kept up as well with a cleaning crew out every morning.
If you do decide try to make sure you get an apt on the east side because that is where all the parking is. Or if you can afford a garage or covered spot hope it s near your apartment otherwise you will be dropping off your groceries on the curb and parking your car a mile away.

my cousin lives in these apartment and she has had her car towed and friends car was also towed the same night. When she went to the office to explain what happened. Their attitude was "OH WELL". They didn't offer any type of towing reimbursement. Parking is just ugly, when I go to visit I pray to find a spot so my car won't be towed as well. And to top it off. After waiting almost 2 years on a waiting list for a carport, they finally gave her one, only for her to come out to her car with a note on the windshield saying "this is my carport spot". It appears the tenant that was to move decided NOT to at the last minute...so there went my cousins carport! They did offer credit on the rent for this error.
