I have only lived in Sequoia of Frankford Springs for a few weeks and I am so happy with my decision. The office staff is great Sonia the manager is very nice and professioinal. Lauren was my leasing agent, she was honest and bubbly and very nice. If you are observant you can tell that parking could be an issue depending on when you come and go. Lauren did tell me that parking can be tight, and I appreciated that. I rented a garage so I wont even have to worry about parking. It is very quiet and cozy and the grounds are nice and well kept. The carpet is nice and the whole apartment was clean and ready to move in. I was nervous since I read all the other reviews after I signed the lease. I am happy where I live and it feels like home. Keep in mind that when people are upset they write and say ugly things, and after they cool off they realize that it really is not so bad. I have NEVER written a review but after being so happy with Sequoia I felt that I needed to. I suggest you check 'em out for yourself.....You too will love them....and the price is great!!
