Previous reviews must have been previous management. From late 2008 to present (mid-2009), Rienzi has been under new management with ZOM USA.

We downsized from a 5000sf home to a two-bedroom, penthouse 1400sf apartment home. We are a highly educated, world traveled, sophisticated couple, and we LOVE living here. The leasing staff (Rhonda & Melissa), maintenance (Jose et al), 24-hour concierges (Adam, Sean et al), doormen (Doug et al), housekeeping (Julia) AND catering (Luis) are all absolutely top notch, pleasant and competent. They do EVERYTHING to make it a trouble-free, gracious place to live and entertain.

From the 24-hour Flavia coffee bar and weekend brunches in the Resident's lounge to the Business Center, Fitness Center and spa/pool/barbeque deck, the place is lovingly cared for, beautifully maintained and landscaped. There's a convenient Trash Chute; recycle bins; three levels of assigned, secure parking and only 152 nicely appointed units so it's quiet.

Located in beautiful Turtle Creek, it's minutes from everything along the Oak Lawn corridor between Maple and Lemmon with restaurants galore. We had breakfast in Venezuela and dinner in Viet Nam within blocks of one another. Never have to settle for fast food again!

We have two AC zones with programmable thermostats, a wet bar, fireplace and a terrace with city view. Rents are totally reasonable and right at the median for the area. Our rent, utilities and reduced commute mean we are saving at least half of our previous living costs and with no maintenance, landscaping, pool care or property taxes to worry with.

The neighbors are quiet, courteous and pleasant to mingle with at the weekend brunches. Because Rienzi was originally built as a condo complex, it is much more solidly built than the normal stick-built apartment complex. It's concrete construction with extra soundproofing, four elevators and three parking levels with exits on different streets to avoid congestion.

We looked at a lot of housing in the Turtle Creek area and find Rienzi a terrific place to live at a reasonable cost. AJ&M

rhonda is not a nice person, ive walked in the office while she was on a personal call and it sounded like i walked into the ghetto.she seems to have a sense of entitlement, when all shes got going for her is her 92, honda and a bad attitude. rhonda is rude. these are overprice and i will not be living her when my lease is up.

was this written by an employee? How would a resident know exactly how many units are in the building, that it was built as a condo complex and the brand of coffee at the coffee bar? This reeks of an advertisement. I have a HARD time believing a "resident" wrote this.

Well, believe it, Anonymous. I am 68, a former VP Marketing for JPMorganChase with an MBA and 30 years in the construction business holding licenses in two trades in four states, which is why I can spout the jargon. Also, I made it my business to walk the building and grounds and research the building's history. When one moves in, one is asked to inspect the unit and report anything that needs attention. Anything we noted then or have discovered since has been promptly taken care of. We have lived here five months now and are ready to re-up for an extended period. Everything I said in my initial comments is still true and in spades. We meet our neighbors in the gym, at poolside, at the coffee machine and at the brunches and wine tastings sponsored by The Rienzi. When polled, they all agree that it's a great place to live. The management and maintenance and responsiveness of the staff together with the amenities both in the building and in the units and the proximity to the Katy Trail make it such a good living experience that we are sorry we ever bothered to buy and build and live in the various 'burbs of Dallas. We should have come here to begin with. Here, we don't have to waste our time and money maintaining a house and grounds. Instead, we cut our living expenses in half (rent, utilities, insurance) and tripled the living pleasure while paying no more than the median rent per sf for the area. Everything one sees online at rienziturtlecreek.com is true in fact. We're perfectly happy to enjoy the place and mix of people already here without adding those who would not appreciate either.
